Rules for Returning Products Purchased Remotely

LLC “CDAORI” (ID: 405679341) – Rules for returning products purchased remotely from the website by the user, without the need to state any reason:

• The consumer is entitled to withdraw from a distance contract and/or an off-premises contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, or—if the order consists of multiple items—from the date of receiving the last item.
The 14-day period starts from:
(1) the date the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) receives the product;
(2) if the products in the order are delivered separately — the date the consumer or a designated third party receives the final item;
(3) if the products are delivered regularly (with defined periodicity) — the date the consumer or a designated third party receives the product for the first time.

• When returning a product, the consumer must submit a completed form or another clear statement expressing their decision to return the product. The burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal within the required timeframe lies with the consumer.

• The consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract if the service has already been fully provided.

The consumer does NOT have the right to withdraw from the contract if:

• The price of the product or service does not exceed 30 GEL.
• The company has fully provided the service as agreed, the service was started with the consumer’s prior consent, and the consumer was informed that they would lose the right to withdraw once the service was fully provided.
• The consumer received hermetically sealed goods, and their seal was broken after delivery, making return impossible due to health or hygiene protection reasons.
• The contract stipulates that the price of the product or service depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the seller cannot control, and such fluctuation occurred within the withdrawal period defined by law.
• The product or service is made based on the consumer’s individual order or is clearly tailored to their personal needs.
• The product, due to its characteristics, becomes inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
• The consumer receives digital content on a non-material medium, the performance of the contract begins with the consumer’s prior consent, and the consumer was informed they would lose the right to withdraw.

If the consumer wishes to return goods under a distance contract, they must send the completed form (see below) to the email boardgames.cdaori@gmail.com and/or present or send it to:
Tbilisi, I. Chavchavadze Ave. #80,
including the following information:
a. Seller’s name, physical address, and email address
b. Order date
c. Delivery date
d. Consumer’s name
e. Consumer’s address
f. Consumer’s signature (if the form is on paper)
g. Date of form completion

Information confirming receipt of this form will be provided to the consumer immediately on a durable medium (any tool that ensures long-term storage of information and unchanged reproduction for as long as necessary).

Please Note:


• The company must be contacted only by the person who made the purchase, with an ID and any payment-confirming document.
• The refund will be transferred to the bank account of the person in whose name the purchase was made, unless an additional agreement is made between the company and the consumer.
• The consumer will receive the exact amount paid at the time of purchase.
• Gifts, vouchers, or other items received during purchase must be returned together with the product; otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund. The value of gifts is considered to be their current selling price within the seller’s network.
• When the consumer withdraws from the contract, they will not be charged any costs (including delivery costs), except when the consumer chooses a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by the seller, or if the product’s price decreased due to use unrelated to determining its nature, characteristics, or functioning. The consumer will not be responsible for covering the price reduction if the seller did not properly inform them of their right to withdraw.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

 

The user cancels the order before the product leaves the warehouse. Refund is issued within 5 business days.

The delivered product does not match the website description or is damaged. The user must notify the company within 24 hours at +995 557 754 385.

The company reviews the claim within 5 business days. The company may request evidence by email: boardgames.cdaori@gmail.com and may request return of the defective product. Refund occurs only if replacing the product is impossible.

The product may be returned/exchanged only if it retains its original condition, allowing resale. Otherwise, the company may refuse the return/exchange.

CDAORI may cancel an order due to technical or other significant issues (courier limitations, out-of-stock items, etc.). In such cases, the refund is issued within 3 business days.
